November 12, 2008.

This is definitely a day that needed it’s own post – it is 10 years to the day that Chandi came to live with me. We met for the first time on November 11, and then I collected her the following day. One of the best days of my life. I knew the minute I brought her home that I had done the right thing – Pepper took one look at her, let out a little squeak and then they proceeded to chase and play. I seem to remember decorating the Christmas tree six times that year, something that got old quite quickly – it was just too close to the racetrack that the dogs made around the sofa. It was, quite honestly, like living in a ‘Tom and Jerry’ cartoon – I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much in all my life!

November 12 was also the day I nominated as a birthday for Pepper, as I didn’t know her proper date of birth – it was very strange that Chandi came into our lives on that day.

So, happy birthday, Pepper, and happy anniversary, Chandi – and here’s to the next 10 years …

So loved seeing this! I have a dog, Joey, who looks exactly like Chandi…they could be litter mates..tho we know they are not. Our dog Joey…she is smart , smart, smart…she is almost 13 and when I keep her hair short I am always asked…’how old is your puppy?’ She has been such a part of our lives I can not imagine life without her. How you trained Chandi with little or no hand jestures is amazing…good luck to both of you!

My daughter and I have our second bull terrier now, inspired by Rufus who won the Westminster some years ago, but I have always had a dog of some sort starting in my childhood with a mutt my brother bought for $5.00! who the whole family loved dearly Once again, best of luck.

    Hi Tina and Chandi,

What a fantastic audition on “Britain’s Got Talent”. Timing was great but the choreography (Tina) was brilliant. Well done both! Wow, with each move it reached out to a new high.

I just had to leave a comment on your website as I’ve watched the video on utube over a hundred times now (no joke) and I’ve emailed the link so far … it’s gone to china and estonia to name but two. Gosh, everybody loves Tina and Chandi.

Thank you both again for making last weekend so lovely and enjoyable.

    Best wishes …

ps. I was really annoyed at the weekend when my wife “forced” me to watch Batman & Robin on Channel 5 … it finished, we switched over … and it was … Tina & Chandi. Yeah, Brill !!!

  14. Skipper says:

Woof woof Chandi – we think you are pawsibly the best dog act in the World. I watched you on the TV – I think they would be barking mad if they do not put you through to the final…

I run a doggy web site and me and my human would love it if you signed up as amember. Its free and I am sure all my other members would love to support you and read about your progress.

I know you must get alot of doggy requests but please at least take a look at my site and see if you like it.

Woof woof and good luck for the future – Skipper x x x

  17. Rick says:

Hi Tina hi Chandi, well where do i start a absolutely brilliant performance on both shows & Chandi must be the most talented dog on the planet, i was nervous for your act going live on Tuesday night as anything can happen, but there wasn’t a step wrong & i think you could even win this show this year, good luck with your next performance & i will be shouting for you, all the best.

    Rick (drummer/singer)

  18. Alex Jones says:

I have seen you and Chandi on BGT and I was blown away. I have seen many of the BGT acts and whilst they are good they lack a certain spark which is so evident between you and Chandi. The love between both of you flows through your act and sets you apart from all the other acts. The only act that matches you is Spellbound where the coach and the gymnasts close relationships with each other is also expressed in their rather dangerous looking display. Chandi is a real professional who appears unworried by the crowds, noise and light of BGT. Good luck to you both, I look forward to seeing your act in the BGT final.

  19. Alice Wenger says:

    Hi Tina,
You were really good last night, probably one of the best dances I’ve seen you do!! Good luck in the finals and I hope you win!
    Love
